The Committee on Roads and Transportation moves to amend the title of the bill to read as follows:

H. B. 2983 - “A Bill to amend and reenact §17-2A-8 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to requiring the ommissioner of the Division of Highways to implement reasonable design techniques intended to minimize damage that may result from recurring floods within the purpose and need of the state road system.”
